What is a Square Spiral?
​
A square spiral is the same as a circular spiral but the treads extend out into the corners providing more space and movement. We also provide modified versions of a square spiral to meet the layout of your home such as S-Shape and U-Shape stairs.
Square Spirals are space-saving and can give you access where a conventional staircase cannot.
Do your stairs comply with current Building Regulations?

Yes, Our spirals are manufactured to compliant with the British Standards document: BS 5395 Part II

How long will I have to wait for my Stairs?

From placing an order 2-3 weeks allowing a 7-day cooling-off period
What materials are the Stairs made out of?
​
The main material is medium-density fibreboard (MDF) which also can be fire/moisture resistant at an extra cost. The posts are made from pine which we turn ourselves.
All can be painted and carpeted to match existing stairs and bannisters.
Can I see an example of your Stairs before purchasing?

We have examples assembled in our workshop in Bristol, which can be seen by appointment only.

How long will it take to install my Stairs?
​
Depending on the working environment area it can take between 6-8 hrs but can provide an A-Z assembly manual. For first-timers allow an extra 2hrs.
What size stair widths do you offer?
​
Information about sizes is available on our Square Spirals page, but we can cut it down to your exact sizes at an extra cost.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
​
Yes, a 20% deposit is required upon accepting a written quote with your layout and sizes, with a 7-day cooling-off period. This is payable by bank transfer.
What Payment methods do you accept?
​
Bank transfers, cash or card if you’re collecting the stairs, PayPal and credit or debit card paid via counter at your bank.

Do you make Conventional Stairs?
​
Yes, depending on the workload, we make all the stairs (materials).
What Areas do you operate in?
​
We are based in Bristol, see Contact page, and if the fitting is required we will travel within a 50-mile radius.
We also deliver through a courier at an extra cost, anywhere in the UK. Delivery costs can be added to the quote if needed.
You can also collect from the workshop, the staircase will fit in a standard family car as it is a flat pack, and we offer free advice upon collection regarding assembly along with written instructions. The collection address is on the Contact Page.
